At AbsoGRAPH Signs, we take pride in the precision of our work: however the final examination for accuracy is your responsibility.
Before giving production approval, please examine all proofs carefully for
the accuracy of information presented including spelling, punctuation,
numbers, graphics, colors, and general layout.

Our normal production cycle will begin from the date of signed approval of
estimate and proof, and deposit is received. We cannot accept changes or
approvals verbally.

 

Digital File Requirements for Printed Signs


Resolution:

Minimum of 100 dpi for images at 100% size graphic is printed on sign

 

File types accepted:

EPS, TIFF, JPEG, PDF, PSD, AI

 

How to set up file:
Artwork should be set up to measure size without bleed. For example - if a sign is
measured to 24 in. (width) x 36 in. (height) the artwork should be set up to 24x36. If
floating artwork in the sign (ie. logo) then you can simply provide the art to us and
give the size you want the art in the shade.

 

Colors:
If you need to get a close match to a specific color you will need to provide either a
printed reference (send by mail to us) or provide a Pantone color no. We can work to
color match for vector files (ie. Adobe Illustrator). Not all file types and or artwork can be isolated and color match to it.

 

Sending Files:
Artwork can be sent via www.hightail.com or on a CD/DVD by mail. If sending digitally, make sure and .zip the file first.

 

Fonts:
IMPORTANT - If supplying artwork, convert all fonts to outlines or paths. Font problems are the most common problem with files received.
